Had these awnings from RA fitted this summer (2020). We have a south-facing garden with bi-fold doors and the kitchen/dining area gets hot pretty quickly. We did some research and decided awnings were the way to go. Nigel and his team were very professional from the start. We were kept informed on the manufacturing time lines (they are custom made), the fitting was fast efficient (no mess left behind) and the whole process was pretty straightforward. In short, we felt looked after. The awnings are just stunning and made lockdown a lot more pleasant! Very simple easy to use. Pictures are attached. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.
